First burn: allow wax to pool to the full edges before
extinguishing (2–3 hours). This sets the memory of the wax and
prevents tunnelling on all future burns.
Trim the wick to 6mm before every use. A long wick causes soot
and uneven burning.
Never burn for more than 4 hours in one sitting. Keep away from
drafts and direct sunlight.
